This whole-body workout is suitable for anyone whether you are just starting out or an avid pilates enthusiast.  The adjustable springs of varying tension means that each exercise can be adapted to suit your personal needs.  Focusing on strength, mobility, balance and fundamental movement patterns you will leave feeling energized, toned and stronger. 

MAT CLASSES

Using your own bodyweight, this workout will help you develop body awareness, strength and endurance.  Incorporating the use of additional props will not only add variety but will also be used to challenge you further or support you and your alignment.  This provides you with a foundation of healthy movement and postural habits.
